About Redgate Capital

Redgate Capital – a financial company which offers high-level asset management and financial advisory services, was founded shortly after the ‘crisis of the century’ which exploded in late 2008 – and was established with a clear focus on a specific area: the Baltics, Russia and the CIS. Its services are characterized by experience, long-term commitment and a high degree of inspiration.

Within our target area, we will focus on a few select areas:

Asset Management specializes on the former Soviet republics' (Russia and the CIS) equity and bond markets, managed through investment funds and portfolios.

Alternative Investments will take advantage of significantly adjusted private equity and real estate prices in the Baltic region.

Financial Advisory targets to advise companies and entrepreneurs on capital raising, M&A and other financial services in the Baltic region.

Redgate Capital is the realization of a vision held by its senior partners and key team members, a vision based on more than 15 years of experience in the financial and business world, particularly within Russia, the CIS and Baltic countries.

The founding partners of Redgate Capital are Mr Veikko Maripuu, who boasts 16 years of experience in capital markets, research and asset management for Baltic investment bank Suprema (later Evli Securities) where he was partner and head of asset management; and Mr Mart Altvee, who has 15 years of experience in management and banking, and is the former CEO of SEB Estonia as well as for the SEB Estonian Leasing Company. This team of senior partners is joined by Mr Aare Tammemäe, who brings 16 years of banking, real estate and financial management experience as the CFO of the Port of Tallinn, the head of Nordea Estonia's Corporate Banking Division and the CEO of the Arco Vara real estate company.

Redgate Capital's headquarters is located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to our own team, we have a strategic co-operation with partners in Luxembourg, Scandinavia, Lithuania and Poland.
