We have started preparations to provide investors with carefully selected and top quality alternative investment opportunities by launching regional-and sector-based funds to institutional and private investors.

Redgate Capital's alternative investment management activities are structured to meet investors’ highest requirements in a rapidly changing private equity and real estate investment universe, especially within the Baltics. The current environment is exceptionally challenging which means that target projects, entry levels and portfolio strategies should be very carefully examined. This is where we will make the most of the experience and expertise of Redgate’s top management, the team and our partners – we aim at launching professionally-managed investment vehicles which will be based on profound market insight, cooperation with sector experts, thorough investment analyses and strong corporate governance.

We believe that there will be some truly excellent and inexpensive investments  during the next couple of years. We will introduce the first alternative investment products once we  see that the entry levels in the Baltics are attractive for our investors – the timing should make us believe that when we look back, we can see that it was a good period for alternative investments.
