With regard to making investments, our investment philosophy is based on long-term experience, full dedication to our region, strong local presence and full cooperation with our local partners, systematic research, and 100% dedication.

Combining the above, we aim at finding companies that offer the best long-term potential and emphasise a long-term investment approach, particularly appropriate in our investment universe – Russia, CIS countries and the Baltics.

Experienced Asset Management’s team

Our key asset management employees, native in the languages which are spoken by our investment area's business leaders and authorities, have proven track records by investing in equity and fixed income markets, all with an average of 10 years of  industry experience.

Previously, the team has successfully launched, managed and distributed investment funds in Russia, FSU and the Baltics with assets under management exceeding USD 600mln.
